Sign Pro Inc. is an approved and
licensed UL (Underwriters
Laboratories) manufacturer of
illuminated sign cabinets.
Illuminated sign cabinets are
all
designed and fabricated
in-house.
Aluminum extrusion, complete
with raceways and retainers are
cut and welded to any
size or shape. They are then are
fitted with reinforcements,
bulbs and ballast trays. The wires
are
fitted with the proper number of
fluorescent bulbs to give
smooth, even lighting and avoid
creating “hot spots” or uneven
lighting.
Sign cabinets are then
fitted with acrylic or
polycarbonate faces.
Polycarbonate faces are superior
to acrylic, because of its rigid
properties and UV protective
formula. The faces can then be
decorated with 3M translucent
vinyl.
