Kevin Flood

As Operations Manager, Kevin is responsible for production and all operational functions at Sign Pro’s facility.  Bringing over 20 years of business management, production knowledge, and lean process methods, Kevin is able to effectively execute decisions made throughout the organization.  While overseeing the infrastructure, he also works to improve performance, oversee safety and compliance.  He collaborates and coordinates between departments to allow for seamless product flow through the company.  As a member of Sign Pro’s senior leadership team, Kevin plays a significant role in long-term planning and implementing change to insure the organization is exceeding its customer’s expectations.
